The Office
We dont want you in 9 till 5. We dont want you in having sat in rush hour before your day even starts. The philosophy of the founder Darren is that the working environment should be flexible to suit the workload we have on and giving you quality of life outside of work.

We work very hard
When the work is on, we work hard. Pizza gets ordered and the coffee is put on permanently. We want to be the best, and this cannot happen without having the right team prepared to give 100% for the client and the business.

We reward
We value our employees and the efforts they do put in. It isn't unusual for the team to work long days for a week solid, but once the deadlines are met and our clients are very happy with the work we have carried out for them, the team goes home and takes time away from the office to recoup.

Environment
We work on cutting edge equipment and have the right tools for the job at every turn. Although we refer to it as the office, we consider our work environment to be as important as our home environment. We listen to music, we enjoy our place of work but we get the job done to the level Island 23 is renowned for.
